Designed ARAKAWA GRIP's exhibition stand at the JAPAN SHOP in 2015. It was staged to stimulate the imagination and to demonstrate the
infinite possibilities hidden in the wire system by allowing visitors to experience its aesthetics. The entire space is composed of dots, lines, and surfaces. Visitors experience the nature of the space with optical illusions. By connecting dots, lines are formed. By assembling lines, they become surfaces. And by changing the axis of the surfaces, they become three-dimensional. Then, attaching acrylic to surfaces creates dots. Neutral space behaves similarly to waves and nets. The wire system can be transformed into switches when sensors are installed. The lighting changes color with a touch of a wire, making the acrylic appear as swimming fish or flying dragonflies.
